A few have asked for this, now everyone gets the chance to order more cheese than most would ever want. For only your biggest "cheese head" friends. Here we go! In our sturdy 9"X12" wooden crate, we fill the bottom with one lb. blocks of our favorite cheeses. Cheddar starts the list - mild, medium, sharp and extra sharp, Then we add tomato basil and garlic dill cheddar, followed by the Jack family(Monterry and Pepper). We keep piling it on with two colby and farmers cheeses, including some special items like marbled colby and butter case. Can there be more? Sure, we include a couple of bricks and a reduced fat cheddar and swiss and baby swiss (um-good). Finally we top it off with a couple of blocks of smoked cheddar and super fresh cheese curds. This will come to about 20 lbs of cheese. And if you wish we'll include a "Warning Label" with the package. For only the most serious cheese hound in your life! |
