You may select a desired delivery date during the order process. Priority Mail is an inexpensive shipping option, but we can't guarantee the shipments since about 5% are more than 3 Days. The cheese curds are of the cheddar variety and dandy for eating right from the package. Because of their delicate condition, we ship them fresh on the day they're made for no more than 1 business day. For destignations that are 2 or more days from Madison, Wis., they are shipped fresh frozen to maintain quality. You can specify the date of delivery during the ordering process. Curds are shipped to avoid service delays over Saturday and Sunday. Thursdays and Fridays are good delivery days for all shipping methods. Wednesdays are fine for 2nd Day Air and to most zip codes beginning with 4, 5, or 6. Tuesday delivery is assured with Overnight Air and Wisconsin and Northern Illinois zips.
