Those within 2 days will receive fresh cheese curds sent on Mon, Tue, or Wed. to arrive on Wed, Thursday & Friday. For ground service to the 3 day area we use fresh frozen curd to assure highest quality. Three day orders are shipped on Monday & Tuesday for Thursday & Friday arrival.
